Goods arrived damaged?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your goods are damaged or faulty, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days.
If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer you a refund.
We’re happy to provide a refund under the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using Australia Post and keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Processing your Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
